Order Processing and Cut-off Times
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All Domestic Standard/Ground and International Parcel orders received by 6am CT will ship the same business day. Orders received after 6am CT will ship the next business day. Please note for Domestic Standard/Ground or International Parcel: final delivery is made by either USPS or through your local country's postal service.

Expedited Orders: All UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day, UPS International Expedited options received by 2pm CT will ship the same business day. After 2pm CT, expedited orders will ship the next business day.

Exchanges, Returns & Price Adjustments
The LIVESTRONG Store will honor our policy on Returns and Exchanges.

PLEASE NOTE: With limited edition product like the Mister Cartoon shirt, please know that we may not be able to honor your exchange request if the product sells out.

We ask that you complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request with our Customer Support Team via our web form or phone. This process is for your purchases or those products received as gifts from the LIVESTRONG Store.

However, if there are material or workmanship concerns, we may direct you to Nike Consumer Services at 800-344-6453 or through Nikebiz.com. Since we do not serve as the manufacturer of the Nike LIVESTRONG Collection, it is sometimes more expedient to talk to our partners at Nike on these types of returns. If you are unsure who should handle your request, contact our LIVESTRONG Store Customer Support Team first for assistance.

One-time item price adjustments will be honored if we are notified within 10 days of order shipment date. Refund amount will be made to the original form of payment. We will not refund to match promotional discounts or coupon codes, as they do not apply to previous purchases.

The LIVESTRONG Store offers the following shipping methods within the USA:

Domestic Standard Ground
  • Most deliveries completed in two to seven business days
  • Final delivery is made by USPS
  • Remote areas may require an additional two to three days in transit
  • Ships to any U.S. address, including P.O. Box and APO/FPO address

    • Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day
    • Monday-Friday delivery only
    • No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO

    UPS Next Day Saver by 3pm
    • Guaranteed on-time delivery by 3pm on the next business day
    • Remote locations may require additional time in transit

    • Guaranteed on-time delivery by 10:30 am on the next business day

Shipping to P.O. Box or APO/FPO Address
UPS is not available to U.S. post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All standard deliveries to a domestic P.O. Box or APO/FPO address must be shipped via Domestic Standard Ground. You will need to select Domestic Standard Ground as the delivery option for the order to be processed and shipped. Delivery will be completed by U.S. Postal Service.

For help with shipping to APO/FPO addresses, please follow these steps:
  • City field: Enter "APO" or "FPO."
  • State field: Enter "AE", "AA", or "AP" depending on where the recipient is stationed.
  • Country field: Always select "United States" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
  • Remember to select Domestic Standard/Ground as your shipping method.


INTERNATIONAL Delivery Options and Customs
Please note our policy on Customs and duty, tax, and VAT for international shipments.

UPS International Expedited
  • Delivery within 3-7 business days
  • Rates do not include duty, tax, and VAT
  • Customer is responsible for any charges levied once shipment reaches your country

International Parcel
  • Delivery averages four to fourteen business days from U.S. to inducting postal service; the four to fourteen business days does not include local postal service delivery time.
  • This shipping method is not trackable and may take up to six weeks for delivery
  • Delivery at final leg of shipment coordinated with inducting Postal Service of destination country
  • Rates do not include duty, tax, and VAT


Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from livestrong.org, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Do you ship to my country?
Unfortunately, we are currently set up to ship to select countries based on carrier and customs recommendations. These countries can be found during the check-out process. We apologize if we are unable to ship to your country at this time.

Wristbands, Sizing and Product Availability
Why do we use silicone for the LIVESTRONG wristbands?
Our wristbands are made of 100% synthetic silicone. Silicone is tested to be non-toxic and hypoallergenic. Our wristbands and packaging are tested against strict LIVESTRONG and Nike standards for restricted substances and carcinogens. Please visit Social Responsibility to learn more.

Is there a minimum quantity of wristbands that can be ordered?
Wristbands are available on the LIVESTRONG Store in multiples of 10 and 100 packs. A 10 pack of wristbands is the minimum quantity available for purchase from the LIVESTRONG Store. Authentic wristbands can also be purchased through our partners such as Nike.com, Niketown Stores, The Finish Line, Dick's Sporting Goods, RadioShack, JJB Sports, SportChek, Sports Experts, Mellow Johnny’s, Fleet Feet Sports, Scheels, and Road Runner Sports.

What size are the wristbands?
The wristbands are available in three sizes - X-Small/Medium, Large/X-Large and XX-Large. Our X-Small/Medium size wristband is approximately 7" or 180 mm circumference and is generally a good fit for kids, women, and smaller men. Our Large/X-Large size wristband is approximately 8" or 202 mm circumference and is our average adult size. Our XX-Large size wristband is approximately 9" or 230 mm circumference. All three sizes measure 12 mm (0.47 in) width x 1.95 mm (0.076 in) thickness.

What can you do with your worn-out shoes or your dingy/broken LIVESTRONG wristbands?
Visit Nike’s Reuse-a-shoe Program to repurpose your athletic shoes and LIVESTRONG wristbands “to continue to close the loop in the sporting goods industry, “as Nike says. Worn-out wristbands and sneakers will be recycled and turned into Nike Grind, a material used for sports surfaces and playgrounds. (We have a floor made with Nike Grind at LIVESTRONG Headquarters.)

You can find LIVESTRONG apparel and accessories here on the LIVESTRONG Store. I do not see the product or size that I want to purchase?
Availability of items may change depending on inventory and season. We do not currently carry the shoes from the Nike LIVESTRONG Collection or Oakley sunglasses. If you do not see what you are wanting, you may also shop with our other partners for the full LIVESTRONG Collection of products.

How do your products fit?
Please note that most product descriptions offer a sizing chart, where applicable. Sizes and fits vary by item. Nike women's products tend to run small, and Nike men's products run a little larger. Our cycling jerseys are pro-fit, which means a smaller race fit.

You don't offer apparel that fits me. Why not?
We are continually evaluating our sizing needs and availability with our partners. We try to offer a range of sizes, and we apologize that our products are not always available in extended sizes.

Payment methods: Can I order by check/cash/money order?
The LIVESTRONG Store is only able to accept credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do accept orders over the phone at 877-WEARYELLOW (877-932-7935) or 512-684-5990 for international customers. Our Customer Support Team is available from 9am-6pm CT, Monday through Friday. Please note that our prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Order methods: Can I order by phone/mail?
While mail orders are not accepted, we do accept orders via phone. Please visit Yahoo! Currency Converter , for the most up-to-date way to convert your currency to US Dollars.

What is a CVV number?
The CVV number is a security code which merchants use to ensure that the cardholder is actually placing the order. On Mastercard and Visa cards, the CVV number is a three-digit code located on the back of the card, usually on the signature line. On American Express cards, the CVV number is a four-digit code on the front of the card, located above the credit card number.

Is my purchase tax deductible?
LIVESTRONG is a registered trademark of the Lance Armstrong Foundation. The Lance Armstrong Foundation is a 501(c)(3) under federal tax guidelines. Donations made are tax deductible, however the amount paid for merchandise is generally not tax deductible. Consult your tax advisor for more information.


Problems with Order or Shopping Cart
There seems to be an issue with my credit card, but I don't think this is true. What is happening?
There are issues with different credit cards for various reasons. Please check that your bill-to name and address appears exactly as it does on a statement from your financial institution. Also, confirm that the credit card number and expiration date are correct. Please call your financial institution to verify your information. Our Customer Support Team is available from 9am-6pm CT, Monday through Friday for any questions regarding your specific order.

I am having trouble placing my order. Is there a number I can call for help?

I am having trouble adding multiple items to my shopping cart. I add the item, proceed to check-out, and it is gone. Help!
This problem is oftentimes related to your privacy settings on your computer, or existing firewall software. Our Yahoo! Store uses cookies to track the items that a customer has placed in the shopping cart. Some software identifies multiple items placed in the shopping cart as "3rd party cookies" and blocks the addition of an additional item. Sometimes this problem is further complicated by the fact that shoppers may not be aware of the fact they are running such software that has this effect.

Order Confirmations via email
You should receive an automatic order acknowledgement via email to the email address you provided during check-out.

You should also receive a ship confirmation via email once your order ships. This email will provide you with a tracking number, when applicable.

How do I submit a product idea?

Do you offer discounts for groups or bulk purchases?
LIVESTRONG and the LIVESTRONG Store do not have a discount offering for select customer groups or for bulk purchases at this time.
